Today Silvan wire bonded TBMs to the first batch of 8 new HDIs which were then tested. 5 out of 8 HDIs received a passing grade. Of the 3 failing HDIs, 2 had a spark occurring. The final testing results can be found in https://github.com/mroguljic/HDI_L1/blob/bb78cddaacc7488910aa26bbf609fcff3618c597/HDIresults.csv. Andrey and Danek performed a visual inspection of the 2 HDIs that sparked but could not find clear indications of locations where the sparking occurred. For one of the HDIs (V7.1-3-018) there was a possible indication of sparking on one of the TBM wire bonds but for the other module (V7.1-12-036) there was no such indication.
